*** HOWEVER, Whistler Ski Accommodations will make a good faith effort to re-rent any cancelled nights and will refund 100% of the additional rental receipts for any cancelled nights. In 9 winters, renting 2 condos, with over 600 different guests and over 180 nights rented each year in each condo, we've only had seven instances where a last minute cancellation resulted in a guest losing money because of the cancellation (in one instance we were able to re-rent and refund 86%, two others we settled for a 50% refund, three others we refunded over 75%, and one lost their 25% down payment). Obviously, the more lead time we receive, the more likely we'll be able to re-rent the dates and make a 100% refund.
